Ok, we're going to create a cybernetic human, but whatever you do don't call it a Terminator. I like to think I'm clever so this is nothing more than a human being with metal skin. It's not a Terminator.

First, we need to find us someone who will make a great cyborg. I happened upon this lady, with a killer flower in her hair. So, we're going to make her a cyborg.



The easiest place to start will definitely be her arm. I've decided to make this cyborg a little worse for wear so we can see some of the robotics underneath. So, grab your polygon marquee tool and trace around her left arm.

Now we need to find out lovely lady a new arm. A cyborg arm. You can do a search and find one that matches. I think I'm going to use this one, as it will fit with the shape I've cut out. Grab your polygon marquee tool and cut around the part of the arm you want to use.



Situate the arm so it looks naturally fit. Then grab your clone stamp tool, and trace along the edges of the arm using her skin as a point of reference. This will give the arm a blended feel to it.



Now, we're going to give the arm a battleworn look to it. Grab a custom eraser with a blended look to it. Then just casually graze across the arm. Here's what mine looked like



Now we're going to move onto her face. First we're going to start with her mouth. Find you a good set of metallic teeth.



Next, we're going to add a bit more facial damage. Grab you a good random looking brush and set it to a color the same as the teeth you used. Then brush above and below the teeth.



Combine the layers of the teeth and painted metal skin. Then set the layer option to Vivid Light:



You could stop there, but I want to make my girl a bit more cyborg looking. Grab the eliptical marquee tool and make a very small circle where her eye is looking back. Fill it to a light gray color. Then set this option:



Will all the various things we've done, you should be left with this final product
